One character spec in, a rigged, animated, multi-style avatar pack out.

The Aither World is an operating system for agents — a Linux you can hand to one, the runtimes it works in, and the tools it works with. awavatar is one of its 69 bricks — each installs on its own, runs offline, and needs no account.

The problem

A generated 3D character is five artifacts from five tools (mesh, rig, clips, VRM, style renders) with no shared contract, so every host re-derives what it may load, and the bakes end up .gitignored with no canonical home -- measured 2026-09-05 on the CoC engine, where every Anny body and every clip pack is absent from disk while the code that drives them is committed.

Adopt it

pip install awavatar

Validate one character_spec.json and one character_pack/ against their schemas and refuse the pack if any file's hash, licence or rig audit is missing.

Pairing is composition, never dependency — awavatar installs and runs on its own.
